I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andaaz Hotel, with my team Schultz medical uk and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the value for money was truly impressive. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. Whether it was helping with luggage, providing recommendations for local attractions, or ensuring our room was spotless, their dedication to hospitality was evident in every interaction. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The dining options were also excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes. What truly set Andaaz Hotel apart, however, was the genuine care and effort the staff put into making our stay special. They consistently exceeded our expectations, and it’s clear that they take pride in providing a top-notch experience for their guests. I loved the whole "furthest leaning building of the world" idea. The architecture is amazing. The location was perfect for me as I was there to visit the exhibition. The staff was very polite, from the people who checked me in to Mr. Moin the door man who arranged my taxi for going back to the airport. The room was clean, I stayed in 3003, the view was fantastic, the electric curtains were very practical, the TV had many channels to choose from, a complementary mini bar, house keeping showed up in the afternoon to clean my room everyday

I had a wonderful stay at Andaz Capital Gate by Hyatt. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed, offering a great balance of luxury and functionality. The hotel facilities, including the fitness room and steam room, are top-notch and add to the overall relaxing experience. Breakfast was a definite highlight—beautifully presented with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The staff truly elevate the experience. Courteous, warm, and always ready to help, their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, whether for business or leisure.

I love this hotel. Receptionists during check-in are so nice and profesional. Perfect room with amazing view. Nice bathroom. Stylish swiming with warm watter. Amazing art style in all the hotel.

It’s close to the race venue, the staff was super helpful and friendly from the valet person to the man who carried my luggage to the reception everyone was nice and smiling all the time and offering to help always. The room were clean and tidy, I didn’t have to take a lot of time waiting the moment I arrived my room was ready.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Abu Dhabi. The location was perfect, with everything—shopping, dining, and attractions—just a short distance away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, offering a relaxing space to unwind. What truly stood out, though, was the breathtaking view from the high floors—an incredible panorama of the city skyline and beyond, especially at sunset. It was the perfect way to end each day. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a central, comfortable stay with an unforgettable view.

Very friendly staff. Lovely room with a super comfortable bed. Great bath with a view over the city. Appreciated that we could get hot coffee from the bar during breakfast instead of the usual frothy cold stuff from a machine.

This hotel was truly outstanding. The building itself was incredible with amazing views of the city from the bedrooms. We have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, but this was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was the best out of any hotel we've been, with a full buffet and made to order options. The rooms and hotel were spotless with all of the amenities you could need. There was nothing about our stay we didn't like or felt could be improved. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We would 100% recommend this hotel!
